We the Reseller hereby agree that:

1. They have been instructed by the End User to act on their behalf for the purpose of porting numbers to the PCGuys network.

2. In order to port your telephone number(s) you must complete an electronically signed Letter of Authority (LOA). The End User, or authorised representative of the End User, must be the signatory.

3. It is the reseller's responsibility to ensure:

3.1. All information is accurate and complete.

3.2. Regulatory required information for the emergency services databases is accurate and representative of where each DDI terminates. This must be regularly reviewed and maintained to ensure it remains accurate and representative of locality.

4. We provide no guarantee that your telephone number(s) can be ported from your current Service Provider. The current Service Provider may reject this port request if the information you provide is incorrect or does not match the data held by them. In this case you authorise us to correct the information and resubmit the request to port your telephone number(s) or dispute the rejection by your current Service Provider. A porting request may also be rejected for other reasons as stated in the communications act 2003 (the "Act").

5. The Reseller accepts that this request is to port telephone number(s) only. Any associated features and facilities with the losing communications provider are removed at the time of the port.

6. In the event of a port, withdrawal or reversal, PCGuys is not responsible for any period of outage that may possibly occur.

7. Administration charges apply for each port. This is not limited to successful ports, and may include, but not limited to charges for rejections, resubmissions and cancellations. The charges will vary depending on the volume of ports. Prices can be confirmed in our control panel pricing pages.

8. There are minimum leads times for a port to complete. These can vary depending on the volume of numbers to port and their status. The minimum lead time is highlighted at point of order and cannot be considered as guaranteed.

9. In accordance with Ofcom number portability conditions, a request for porting shall be deemed invalid if:

9.1. The number(s) is in an invalid format

9.2. The porting acceptance form and / or letter of authority (LOA) is incomplete

9.3. The details supplied are incorrect with the losing Service Provider

9.4. The number(s) are in an inactive state or service

10. We provide no guarantee that the telephone number(s) will be ported within any specified timeframe. Porting hours of operation are from 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

11. Ported DDI can be used at any time in the future on PCGuys products which support porting but only by the end user for whom the numbers were imported initially.

12. If PCGuys is asked to return to the range holder any numbers in an imported DDI block, we are required to return the full range of DDIs as stated on the original port order.

13. In consideration of PCGuys making the port, the Reseller will indemnify and keep PCGuys indemnified against all [in respect of any] costs charges, liabilities, claims, expenses or losses arising out of the porting of the requested CLI(s).
