PCGuys Telecom - Pre-order Validation (PoV) Terms for Resellers

We the Reseller hereby agree that:
- They have been instructed by the End User to act on their behalf for the purpose of porting numbers to the PCGuys network.
- In order to initiate a Pre-order Validation (PoV) request you must complete an electronically signed Letter of Authority (LoA). The End User, or authorised representative of the End User, must be the signatory.
- It is the reseller's responsibility to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
- The Reseller accepts that this is to request information from the Losing Communication Provider to facilitate a number port. A number port request is independent of the PoV request. The information gathered from the PoV should be used to place a number port.
- We provide no guarantee that your telephone number(s) can be ported from your current Service Provider. The current Service Provider may reject a PoV if the information you provide is incorrect or does not match the data held by them.
- Not all Communication Providers are signed up to the PoV scheme. This may limit in some scenarios the ability to access the required information.
- Administration charges apply for each PoV. This is not limited to successful PoV, and may include, but not limited to charges for rejections, resubmissions and cancellations. Prices can be confirmed in our control panel pricing pages.
- There are minimum lead times for a PoV to complete. The PoV lead time will not exceed 5 working days. The expectation is that the majority of PoV requests will be completed within 2-3 working days.
